✅ WHEN EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED:
1. Size/Design Change:
– Within 7 days of delivery
– Product must be UNWORN with original tags/box/invoice

2. FREE Exchange (No Charges):
– ✔ Wrong item delivered (different from ordered)
– ✔ Defective product (broken, scratched, missing hallmark)
– ✔ Wrong size delivered (different from ordered size)
3. Proof Required:
– Unboxing video/photos
– Show mismatch with the order invoice
– Report within 24 hours of delivery

❌ WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ALLOWED:
– ✖ Customized jewelry (name engraving, special designs)
– ✖ Gold/silver coins
– ✖ Discounted items

– If the new item costs MORE: Pay the difference
– If the new item costs LESS, Get a refund for the difference
